We recruited candidates who had some of the following skills: Estimating, Scope of Work, Design Build, Budgets, Project Controls, Cost Controls, Financial Forecasting, Joint Ventures, Public Private Partnerships (PPP), Proposals, Business Development, Owner’s Representation, Nuclear, Power, Energy, and more..

We assisted in expanding Ernst & Young’s Capital Project/Construction Management Consulting Practice in building their West Coast and Southwest Capital Projects/Construction Management Practice, working along side their Senior Partner Mark Gibson, He is one the their Senior Partners for Capital Projects for North America.. We helped open their offices in Houston, San Francisco, and Portland
This project took over 7 years, while placing a number of people at the Senior Consultants, Managers, Senior Managers, Managing Directors, and Partner level. We brought in key Executives for their Los Angeles office, as well.
